1 Do you accept walk-ins? ▾

We do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but we recommend calling ahead or booking online to guarantee your preferred time slot and minimize wait times.

2 What pets do you treat? ▾

We care for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, squirrels, foxes, and other exotic animals. Give us a call if you're unsure whether we can see your specific pet.

3 How often should my pet have a check-up? ▾

We recommend annual wellness exams for most adult pets. Senior pets (7+ years) benefit from bi-annual visits to catch age-related conditions early.

4 Do you offer payment plans? ▾

Yes! We accept CareCredit, Scratch Pay, and offer flexible in-house payment plans for qualifying treatments. We want to ensure your pet gets the care they need.

5 Is the clinic Fear Free certified? ▾

Absolutely. Dr. Mike and our entire team are Fear Free certified, meaning we use gentle, low-stress techniques to make every visit as calm as possible for your pet.

6 What vaccinations does my dog need? ▾

Core vaccines for dogs include Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella. Dr. Mike will create a customized vaccination schedule at your first visit.

7 Do you treat reptiles and exotic animals? ▾

8 Can I get same-day appointments? ▾

We do our best to reserve same-day slots for urgent cases. Call us first thing in the morning and we will do everything we can to get you in that day.

9 What should I bring to my first appointment? ▾

Bring any prior vet records or vaccination history, a stool sample if possible, and a list of any medications or supplements your pet is currently taking. A carrier or leash is required for all pets.

10 Do you offer grooming services? ▾

Yes! Our grooming services include baths, breed-specific haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and de-shedding. Book grooming at the same visit as a wellness exam to save time.

11 What is your after-hours emergency policy? ▾

For after-hours emergencies, we recommend contacting your nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital. During business hours, we prioritize urgent cases — call us immediately and we will triage your situation.

12 Do you offer wellness plans or memberships? ▾

We offer annual wellness plans that bundle exams, vaccines, and routine bloodwork at a discounted rate. Ask our team about enrollment when you book your first appointment.
